Bobby...greeting, blessings...hope you are keeping well. I just had to reach out to you today....the day after the latest version of Toto played some live gigs for fans across the planet. The boys were amazing as always (including the latest guys to join this version) of the band...and Joseph sounded incredible and Luke was the master of guitar BUT...you are always on my mind throughout the show. You, your voice, your personality (we have met several times at shows) will always be there in spirit whenever any version of Toto plays. I thought it was wonderful of Joseph to dedicate You Are The Flower to you and to say all those wonderful words about you was very touching. You weren't there on stage but we all felt you. God bless Bobby. Joe

Was going through my record collection today and found the "Demonstration-Not for Sale" copy of SS Fools! It is signed by Stan Seymore and Jamey Dell. So much fun - had to share!

Been following you since the late 70's and love all your music. Raised my kids on your songs, now my grandkids. You are without a doubt one of the greatest vocalists of all time. Still watch your concerts on YouTube. You are still blowing us all away. Wish I could meet you someday, hopefully at a concert or appearance here in So. Cal - I will travel to catch you. God bless you and thank you for the great songs and concerts.

To one of the greatest singers of all time. Bobby, i’m Charlie from Sweden, Europe. My music history started of in the rock and metal world back when i was around 11-13 years old in the early 2000. 2011 i got Falling in between live dvd from my 20 years older guitarist. I fell in love with everything about that show. But you somehow reached out to me with that voice. It really has it all and i don’t lie when i tell you that not one single day has gone by since i got that gift from my friend, without me listening to that record. It’s a gift that no one could’ve seen being such an inspiering thing to me.

Thank you Bobby, for every note, every word and every feeling that you have given to all of us! I will never stop shining your voice as a light when i’m in darkness. It guides me!

Much love!

Hi Bobby, as a longtime fan, I want you to know that you are the true voice and sound of Toto. To quantify my praise, I have humbly played for 37 years with the Boston Pops, Boston Symphony, Boston Ballet and Opera. I am also the head of the Classical Percussion department at Berklee College of Music for 26 years. Rock was my beginning and first love, even though I have spent my career as a classical player. This is not about me, but letting you know how much I enjoy your singing. Great feel, soul, pitch and heart. Be safe and healthy! Richard Flanagan

Hi Bobby,

I hope this day finds you well. So much time has passed since I have seen you perform in Austin but you left a memorable mark with me. I remember being back stage and you telling me not to ever get caught up in doing drugs. Those were powerful words and thank God I never did. I Practice as licensed professional therapist and have seen what drugs can do to a person, their family and their career. You have an amazing gift and I am glad you were able to get through those tough times and continue to make music.

I wish you only the best,

Kathy

Bobby,

How in the hell are you? I hope this message finds you well.

FYI for everyone, Bobby & I attended 12 grades of school together in Vinton. Bobby's Mom was the pianist in our church. I'm convinced that's where Bobby got his musical skills.

The last time I saw Bobby was perhaps 10 - 15 years ago when I went home for a funeral. Bobby's parents house was a half a block from my Grandparents house and we ran into each other.

In Bobby's memories he writes about his/our younger days playing in clubs along the Texas/Louisiana border in the mid 60s. Those were the days. Bobby, was Gee Gee Shin the singer you replaced in the Boggie Kings?

Take care!!

Phil
